Workspace Switching and Scoped Reports for Agencies
KeepTabz makes it easier to manage competitive intelligence across clients, teams, and channels. This month, you can separate client workspaces, sharpen the signal in your feeds, and send the right reports to the right place.
Workspace management for agencies and multi-client teams
Workspaces now give each client or business area its own focused view of competitive activity, so access, analysis, reports, and alerts stay aligned with the workspace you’re using. Account owners and admins get clearer control over who can create workspaces, add competitors, and access each client view.
- Create and switch between client workspaces with separate dashboards and workspace-labeled reports.
- Configure Slack, Discord, and Teams notifications per workspace, with report links taking recipients directly to the relevant workspace.
- Apply AI scoring, relevance rules, newsletters, competitor context, and user invitations to the active workspace.
More reliable competitor monitoring and scoring
Competitor monitoring now produces a more dependable picture of the market. More complete reviews and stronger analysis of relevance and impact help you spend less time sorting incomplete or inconsistent results, while collection limits keep monitoring controlled.
New Features
- More complete and accurate competitor ad capture: Meta ad discovery now uses a competitor’s Facebook company page when available, links ads to similar past creatives, and adds competitive impact insights. Google and Meta creatives are also preserved more reliably for viewing.
- Improved news discovery and story grouping: Google News discovery can include article images, while duplicate sources are grouped into a single story with links to the original sources.
- Send KeepTabz reports to Slack via email: Connect a Slack channel using its email address, choose daily or weekly delivery, and receive reports without installing a Slack app.
- In-app feedback and support: When enabled, the Gleap widget lets you send feedback or chat with support from inside KeepTabz, with basic account context included to make conversations more useful.
Improvements
- Faster, smarter social monitoring and scoring: Social post lists now load more efficiently, while LinkedIn scoring gives greater weight to webinars, conferences, speaking appearances, sponsorships, and event recaps; tracked profiles also show current follower counts and begin building daily history across X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Fresher Reddit feeds with less repetition: New topics receive an initial backfill, while ongoing updates focus on a shorter rolling window so older posts are less likely to reappear.
- Clearer, more responsive cards and sidebars: Filters now use compact controls, show which filters are active, and separate groups clearly, while long competitor names stay on one line with the full name available on hover.
- More accurate daily active user reporting: Admin usage reports now count customer activity for the exact report date and exclude internal KeepTabz accounts, keeping reporting focused on real customer usage.
