We’re excited to share the latest updates from our platform from April 1 to April 21, 2026. Here’s what’s new:

Introducing a 14-Day Free Trial

New users are now eligible for a 14-day free trial at checkout, allowing them to explore our platform without immediate charges. The system also tracks trial start and end dates, ensuring clarity for users regarding their trial status.

New Features

Daily digests now feature a prioritization system, displaying the top three updates first, followed by additional updates categorized by competitor. This makes it easier for users to find the most critical information at a glance.
The product now includes a guided in-app tour, helping users navigate key features within the Command Center, Competitors, Users, and Notifications, enhancing onboarding for new users.
We have added the ability for users to search through their competitor's news feed, allowing for quicker access to relevant updates.
Admins can now send test daily reports using various formats (Slack, Discord, Email, Teams) to preview how their reports look before sending to clients.

Improvements

Subscription plans have been updated to allow tracking of more competitors—Lite allows 5, Core allows 10, and Pro allows 20 competitors.
The mobile layout for competitor reviews and news cards has been enhanced for better readability, ensuring a smoother experience on smaller screens.
Report layouts for daily updates on Slack, Discord, Email, and Teams have been improved, making them more intuitive and easier for users to read.
Image previews in website change notifications now have a small icon trigger, allowing users to view full-size screenshots, which are also scrollable for better viewing of larger images.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that allowed users to invite or add items beyond their subscription limits, ensuring compliance with their plan features.
Resolved an issue where duplicate website changes could be reported, enhancing the accuracy of change alerts.
Corrected an accessibility issue in image previews, ensuring better usability for screen reader users.

Performance Enhancements

Database queries for competitor keyword lists have been optimized for faster load times, improving overall user experience when accessing this information.
